שנים של יין משובח
"Kantharos" Winery is an Israeli Winery that was established in 2005 by Daniel Lefen and Eytan Lifshitz, graduates of the wine program - "Cellar Master" -at Tel- Hai Academic College in the Galilee region of Israel.
We are a boutique winery, that produces premium quality wines in a meticulous and professional process, made from select grapes that have been harvested mainly from vineyards at the Galilee, Golan and Judean Hills in Israel.
Over the years, our wines have won gold and silver medals, in the international "Terra Vino" wine competitions in Israel.
The winery produces dry red wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Syrah and Carignan grapes, and Port style wines from Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The wines are aged in French oak barrels for 16 to 24 months, until they are bottled, and can age and age for years.
"יקב קנתרוס" הינו יקב ישראלי שהוקם ב-2005 על ידי דניאל לפן ואיתן ליפשיץ, בוגרי המחזור הראשון של מסלול מתמחה בייצור יין – Cellar Master, במכללת תל-חי שבגליל.
זהו יקב בוטיק ביתי, המייצר יין איכותי מענבים מובחרים שנבצרים בעיקר מכרמי הגליל, הגולן והרי יהודה, בתהליך מוקפד ומקצועי.
במהלך השנים זכו יינות היקב במדליות הצטיינות זהב וכסף, בתחרויות היין הבינלאומיות "טרה וינו" הנערכות בארץ.
היקב מייצר יינות אדומים יבשים מענבי קברנה סוביניון, פטיט סירה וקריניאן, ויין בסגנון פורט מענבי קריניאן וקברנה סוביניון.
היינות מיושנים בחביות עץ אלון צרפתי למשך 16 עד 24 חודשים, עד לביקבוקם, ויכולים להתיישן ולהשתבח עוד שנים.
